Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Requests for return or refund must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please share clear images of the product and packaging along with your order ID to Info@havistaventures.com.
A replacement shipment (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.
Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to natural differences in products.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide supporting photos or videos for verification.
Once confirmed, we will either resend the correct product or initiate a refund promptly.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank or payment provider account again.
Contact your payment service provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
